It was a British Company, in the business of Specialized Flooring Systems for Marine applications as well as manufacturing of insulation & Refractory material.

In the year 1978, SAH & SANGHI GROUP took over the Mumbai Operations of this company.It is a certified ISO 9001 Company.

Our Product Syncolite® Flooring System fulfills all Norms of SOLAS and is approved by The Directorate General of Shipping, Govt. of India for Merchant Navy applications. Syncolite has permanent approval by The Directorate General of Shipping, Marine Mercantile Department (MMD), Govt. of India for use of the same on all Indian merchant ships and the EC Type Approval of Marine Equipment Directives by Lloyd's Register for the use on all European Union and USA Ships.
