OxvDeck® Deck Covering System

What is OxyDeck ?
It is a two-pack solvent free epoxy system. It has excellent bonding properties with substrate, is fast curing, having very low shrinkage.

Where is it used?
OxyDeck CP Underlay is used to level the imperfections on the steel deck plates of a ship as well as to provide a corrosion resistant protection to the deck plate.

OxyDeck TP Topcoat is a high gloss surface coating having excellent Chemical / Water resistance.

OxyDeck can be applied in all dry as well as wet compartments of cargo ships, passenger liners and other sea going vessels.

What is the thickness?
It can be laid in thickness ranging from 3 mm to 12 mm, as required.

Area coverage
Approx. 1.6 Kgs. per M2 per mm thick

Approvals
OxyDeck meets Indian Naval Standard NCD 1471 Part I and II.
